Developments

This is one of our most recent developments. We acquired a small 2 bedroom house with immense potential to increase its habitable space through expansion into its basement space and loft space. This property was in an old condition needing a full scheme of modernisation, internal space remodelling and extension to create 7 large En-suite bedrooms along with a modern kitchen diner to create a co-living space for professionals.

The property was taken back to bricks with a full strip out of all existing fixtures, fittings, electrics and plumbing; its basement and loft space remodelled to create additional living space with four additional large en-suite bedrooms and rest of existing property offering 3 large en-suite bedrooms and kitchen diner modernised to a high standard of internal accommodation ready for enjoyable co-living space for professionals working in the area. 

This development was fully financed by one of our private investors who have done business with us on multiple projects in the past. We pride in developing strong relationship with our investors and offer them great value for their contribution and involvement in our projects.

Our investors generate 6-8% pa income from their involvement in these attractive projects, creating a passive income stream for them.
