This is an example of one of the projects we completed in sought after town of Treorchy in South Wales. 

This was a large 4 bed End Terrace property was left neglected and fallen to extreme disrepair over a long period of time, with damaged roof, rising damp all around, no heating and electrics and overall distressed state.

We purchased the property and with our excellent build team, the property underwent a significant internal renovation and re-modelling to bring it back to life as a lovely home with modern kitchen, bathrooms and living space finished to a very high standard.

It has since been sold to a family who are now the proud owners of this home.

Our investors generated a 6% pa income from their involvement in the project.
