This is an example of one of our buy to let conversions in South Wales. This property was purchased in an extremely outdated condition with no central heating, old electrics and very old internal structure and furnishings. 

The property was fully modernised with latest design and modern bathroom, kitchen and fittings along with a neutral decor to make it a perfect home for a family.  

It has since been let out to long term tenants who have turned it into a beautiful home.

The project was relatively intense due to the level of works needed at the property and took 10 weeks to complete, with the property let out in 12 weeks time.

Our investors generated 6% pa income from this project and the property is now a healthy long term income generating asset in our portfolio.
